In order to regain his throne of Thessaly, Jason must conquer the Golden Fleece. He embarks on board the Argo with the Argonauts, adventurous warriors and seamen, in order to reach the kingdom of Colchis, where the magical ram’s fleece is to be found.

Don Chaffey
Born in Hastings in the United Kingdom in 1917, Don Chaffey starts his career as art director of the Gainsborough Studios in 1946. He starts stage direction in 1953 and produces adventure and science fiction movies : Jason and the Argonauts (1963), One Million Years B.C. (1967) or The Viking Queen (1967) and turns towards animation with Pete’s Dragon (1977). All through his career, he also produces some episodes of classic serials such as MacGyver, Charlie’s Angels, Danger Man and The Avengers.
