Spike Jonze
Spike Jonze, a musical videos and advertisement producer, turns towards feature films in 1999 with Being John Malkovich, nominated in three categories at the Academy Awards, including Best Director. Three years after Adaptation (2002), Jonze starts working on Maurice Sendak’s children book Where the Wild Things Are, released in cinemas in 2009. Alongside his career as a director, Spike Jonze acts in several movies including The Game (David Fincher, 1997) and Hannibal (Ridley Scott, 2001). He produces the series, then the movies Jackass, as well as French filmmaker Michel Gondry’s Human Nature (2001).
